If notice is given on 2nd of a month, the membership remains active until the last day of the following month. If notice is given on 31st of a month, it remains active until the 31st of the next month (or the final calendar day where applicable).
This notice period ensures we can manage coaching schedules, class availability, and member caps effectively, while still providing flexibility for members to end their membership when needed.
7. Annual Inflation Increase
The membership fee will increase by 2.5% on January 1st annually to account for inflation and the rising costs of running the facility. The business will not give prior notice to this increase. If we need to increase prices to a different rate, we will give the customer prior notice.
8. REDUCED HOURS OVER THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD
To accommodate the holiday season, the company will operate on reduced hours during the Christmas period each year.
This adjustment allows employees to spend valuable time with their families and enjoy the festivities. Specific dates and operating hours will be announced annually in advance, typically covering the week of Christmas and New Year.
