Please note: This information is aligned to the membership freeze waiver acknowledged by all members, but it will only come into effect if you are injured and wish to freeze your membership.
By submitting a freeze request due to injury, you confirm that:
- You have provided valid medical evidence to support your request.
- The maximum freeze period is 2 months, with 2 weeks’ notice.
- A £20 per month freeze charge applies during the freeze period.
- Your membership spot will be reserved exclusively for you during the freeze and cannot be transferred or resold.
- Membership fees will be suspended during the freeze period, as per gym policy.
- You will notify the gym promptly when you are ready to resume training.
- If you do not contact the gym within 48 hours before your freeze ends, your membership may be cancelled or fees resumed.
- You release CrossFit Ripon from any liability related to your injury, recovery, or fitness progress during the freeze.
- You have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions of the membership freeze.
