Please read the following information carefully before submitting your freeze request.
This policy applies to all approved membership freezes and forms part of your Membership Terms & Conditions. By submitting a freeze request, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the following:
- Medical evidence: If your freeze is due to injury or medical reasons, you may be required to provide valid medical evidence to support your request.
- Maximum freeze period: Membership freezes are limited to a maximum of 3 months and require 2 weeks’ notice.
- Your membership: Your membership place will be reserved exclusively for you during the freeze period and cannot be transferred, sold or given to another person.
- Membership payments: Membership fees will be suspended during the approved freeze period, in accordance with our membership policy.
- Returning to training: You should contact us promptly if you are ready to return before your agreed freeze period ends.
- End of freeze: We will expect you to return to your membership when your agreed freeze period ends. If you do not contact us within 48 hours of your freeze ending, your membership may be resumed and normal membership payments may recommence.
- Choosing not to return: If you decide that you do not wish to return to training after your freeze period, you must still provide 30 days’ notice to cancel your membership, in accordance with our Membership Terms & Conditions. A membership freeze does not remove the normal cancellation notice period.
- Agreement: By submitting this form, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the Membership Freeze Policy and the applicable Membership Terms & Conditions.
